If they do not trust the NSAC to oversee the drug testing, then why did they even agree to fight in Nevada???

In all his 40 fights, did he ever demand this kind of ludicruous drug testing to any of his opponents???

Has Pacman ever failed any of his drug screenings to warrant any suspicion that would justify the need for alternative kinds of testing ???

If you Floyd lovers can intelligently answer me any of the questions above, then I would begin to lean toward mandating Pacman to take on those blood tests.
