Very good workout there. Probably more suited to a heavyweight. Only reason I say that is because I can't get my heartrate above 178 unless I do distances greater than mile reps. Getting to 180 within 3 mins would take some doing for a half decent athlete. Perhaps heavyweights can get to a greater BPM quicker due to their size in proportion to running effort? Perhaps I'm wrong there.....
