Today chest and shoulders. Also drill sweeps for 10 minutes same sweep, 3 different sweeps.

Ok Yesturday I had a good day.
I did weight training for back, ran in the mill for about 15 miuntes.
Trained MMA with a high level brown belt for 20 minutes until I kick him in the head and he was dizzy and my shin hurt, then Sub-Wrestling.
Good Joke- I submitted everyone last night with a triangle. Why is that funny you might ask, well I'm short as hell and I do not have the long legs for good set up of triangle. If you knew my game you would think is funny too.

Yesturday I worked hard for legs and plyo for legs. Ran for 20minutes, dumbell squats, dead lift, step ups, ran another 10minutes, 20 step ups then vertical jumps, lateral jumps for 3 minutes 4 sets. Lunges.
Later I trained BJJ with Shark, Jorge Santiago, Marcio (Bad ASS brown belt) and Shark again, and Mike (Bad Ass Purple).
Fack I'm sore!!!
