It's interesting that with all those with "degrees" in Manny's camp, they can't seem to sort or the cramping issue.
i don't believe manny is on roids, if he was he would've ate jmm punches and and ko'ed him but check conte making it a possibility

@H8ersH8en Several things can cause muscle cramps including sodium, calcium and magnesium depletions. Also creatine and anabolic steroids.

He's had leg cramps during training. BTW, he had a 10 week training camp. Pac's camp was more intense than usual and everyone in team Pacquiao said it was the best camp they've ever had.

Still, idiotic excuse. Pac got schooled and exposed.

I get that things like cramps happen sometimes, but here we're talking about one of the top athletes in the world, a guy who trained at top level for more than two months, a guy who has nutritionists, doctors, and a lot of guys monitoring everything he does. He's a top athlete, he has superb conditioning, and there's no way in hell he hasn't enough potassium in his body to justify cramps.

Now it turns out than in two fights in a row he had leg cramps since round 4, I mean I get when you get cramps after running several miles, you see that especially in soccer when the players go to extra time, there they struggle to keep going. But here after 12 minutes is just not logical that Pacquiao starts getting cramps AGAIN.

It must be that time of the month for the Pacman.

I do think the leg cramps thing is the new go to excuse, but there is documented instances where Pac had to go to the hospital during training camps in the past 2 years or so because of leg cramps.
