i already did the switch pre. when i started it, tumitira pa din ako paminsan minsan ng yosi.. then after 2wks, i stopped the real one and stick (no pun intended) to e-cig alone.

it was hard at first, i got irritated easily during the withdrawal period and i gain weight. kelangan kc busy lagi bibig, hahahaha..

don't worry about the nicotine withdrawal, e-cig still have nicotine content and you can gradually make it lower as time goes by.

i suggest mga pre to give it a try, bumalik ang pang-amoy at panglasa ko nung huminto na ko sa yosi.. tapos itong e-cig, di pa nangangamoy sa kamay o damit.
