  • Poor old Terry O'Connor gets criticised no matter what he does...

... when he stepped in to save American Peter Manfredo Jr. from a devastating knock out at the hands of Calzaghe he was called biased.

Tonight he looks to stop the fight against a completely KTFO Cleverly, hears the bell, then pretends he wasn't really stopping it to give the British Cleverly a chance. And yet still he's called biased.

The guy's the fairest ref in the game yet never gets a break.

        Me too. LOL.

Nothing biased about carrying the home fighter back to his corner.

I'm ****ing serious. I'm frankly ****ing pissed off with all the **** the poor guy gets.

The British guy's down on the canvas 58,000 times, Terry goes "I'd better stop - DING! - wait a second, I was just telling you the round was over, honest" and he gets shat on for no good reason.

Manfredo Jr. was in a coma for three weeks after the Calzaghe fight... what would have happened if Terry hadn't stepped in?

He did let Kovalev get away with hitting Clevely twice while down though.

              Nothing at all.

It was when he put his hands down Nathan's shorts and started jacking him off that I got suspicious.

Could you imagine the outrage if he would have stopped the fight between the 3rd and 4th round due to Kovalev's cut? LMAO This place would have been hopping
