Pac by UD /SD. I think at 152 or 55 Canelo's a big tree to chop, and the fight has real risk for Pac. I'd actually be more interested in seeing Pac prune the top of 140 before he goes... Some good action fights with KDs and KOs could be made there. (Though there's been less mention of him going back to 140 in recent days.)

Yeah if Pacquiao didn't knock out Rios, Bradley and Marquez and instead himself got knocked out by a lightweight that counter punchers... Sleeping Poochi will be planking again.
Alvarez throws combinations with his counters too, Pacquiao also has shorter arms. It's lights out easily.. Canelo also has combination body punching and can fight off the back foot. He isn't just some plodding forward fighter and some dumb brave heart type of fighter.. He thinks.

Canelo has worse stamina than Rios who also came in at 165 vs Pac. Once canelo realizes that he can't bully PAC, the later rounds will be a long night for Gasnelo.

Pacquiao made it clear he would never again fight over 147 right after Margarito hurt him with body punches. Team Pacquiao said his body was too small to take the punishment the bigger men dish out. No way in hell he is going to fight Canelo who is a big 154 pounder and a vicious body puncher. This fight comes up in threads on here over and over again but it's a waste of time because the fight ain't happening. On top of the huge size difference Canelo is a Golden Boy fighter. I voted Canelo would win by KO because he would enter the ring at a lean hard 170 pounds compared to Pacquiao's 148 pounds. Pacquiao doesn't fight defensively like Mayweather. He is a great fighter but he can't win a punch out with a future great 23 year old who has over 20 pounds of natural size on him and throws fast combinations with great power in both hands. Pacquiao scoring a KO seems unlikely since Canelo has never been off his feet in almost 50 pro fights he has had since he turned pro at 15 years old.

the only thing canelo has on pacquiao is size this would be a wide UD with some tension if Manny is caught coming in...
take note that not everybody is as good a counter puncher as marquez and not everyone have fought pac 42 rounds...

In fact I rarely see Bradley counter punch , he can beat you to the punch, he can outwork you, he can move, but he doesn't rely on counter punching.
