  • [PLEASE HELP] Is there any websites that I can...

map out the route I'm going to run, and it will tell me the mileage?

Here, it's not entirely accurate as I don't think it takes into account hills and what not but it's still good enough.

www.dailymile.com. It's an awesome tool to map out your routine, keep track of your workouts and compare with others.
I've logged 1000 miles this year alone.

BTW, it will list changes in elevation and consider it when calculating your calories spent.

I've MapMyRun but I found a better program, if you have a BlackBerry or an iPhone, download a free version of Runtastic or go to www.runtastic.com and find out how to download it to your device.

It uses the GPS in your phone to track your run or activity and calculate speed, calories burnt, elevation gained and lost, it also uploads your info to their site if you want to and you can monitor your weekly, monthly yearly stats to check progress or just get a running total of what you've run and calories burnt so far.

It also gives you a map of every activity you do and it calculates calories burnt, etc by the activity you choose, and there everything from running, cycling, hiking, walking, circuit training, and on and on.

                    Try it.
