    That was roadblock #1. Then came roadblock #2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9,.....

Even with the first one, Manny agreed to extra testing but they BOTH couldn't agree on the cutoff dates. If it stopped there, I would have been in agreement that Floyd was not ducking but come on man, Floyd is inventing roadblocks just to not get this fight happening. So that clearly indicates that he never really wanted the fight. He was hesitant from day #1.

Manny turned down 40 mil without batting an eye. How much money is it going to take for Manny to say yes? Maybe Floyd thinks they are too far away numbers wise to even negotiate.

They were considered the top 2 P4P fighters back then. BOTH were TOP PPV attractions. Floyd did a bit better on a fight basis but Manny brought in much more annually for boxing. Also the Maidana fight with what was supposed to bring in a lot more due to the named fighters on the undercard didn't do as well nor did the Guerrero fight. So even for Mayweather, it depends on the "hype" and who the opponent is.

So Floyd's logic on PPV is wrong but you are trying to support fiction (Floyd logic: ALL PPV MONEY FOR FLOYD MADE SENSE )

So taking that into consideration, Manny deserved PPV money but Floyd said NO PPV MONEY FOR MANNY. That is called a roadblock no matter how you are trying to sugar coat it. Floyd was counter offered $45/$50 million and other variations but Floyd turned it down without batting an eye ..... so stop it with that nonsense. Floyd is the roadblock king when it comes to Manny. Floyd never met a roadblock that he didn't like ......

No PPV money might have been Mannys interpretation of the deal. 40 mil garanteed doesn't mean no PPV in all situations. Floyd gave Cotto a percentage. Floyd gave Canelo a percentage. At the very least why wouldn't Floyd give Manny the same kind of deal on the back end if not more? According to Floyd he and Manny never got far enough to discuss the money on the back end. Seeing as they were on the phone less than 2 minutes.

Even if it wasn't Pac's true intention, Pac should have publicly called the bluff and insisted that Arum go along for the ride.

Since Pac didn't call the bluff and signed .... Who really gives a fuck at this point -- The thrill is gone.

                    Give it a rest!!!
I agree with this, Pac should have called out Floyd before signing and say he is ready for the fight without Top Rank/Arum. If Floyd did accept, well he's got the biggest payday of his life and if Floyd rejects, then Floyd and his fans wouldn't have a leg to stand on. Ever. Ever again.
