"The Machinist"

This movie stars Christian Bale as a machinist with insomnia who begins seeing things that noone else see's but to him are real. He struggles to get to the bottom of it but are these people real or is it just his tired and worn out self?

Normally I'm not a fan of Christian Bale dont like him as Batman or even John Connor from Terminator Salvation. But I will say he did a great job with this film truly playing the part making himself go from a normal 180 + lbs to 120lbs for this movie. His acting was good and he wasnt trying so hard as he shows in other films. The first 45 minutes were rather slow hard to follow then you hit half way point and you start to figure things out with a bit of a faster pace.

the acting was excellent in this movie. if u liked fight club but wanted a little bit more depth and a little less violence this is a mature excellently written movie.

unlike u panda liked every minute of the movie, it builds up nicely and isnt boring

9/10 for me

I saw that movie a few weeks ago and I thought it was put together very well . Will Ferell was absolutely hilarious .

"Space Cowboys"

4 former test pilots from the 60's are called back after a Russian top secret satellite that is falling to earth unexpectadly needs repairs. And the only men for the job are aging buddies that used to fly for the air force and taken off duty when Nasa took over.

Good movie, some cool twists, directed by clint eastwood, stars clint eastwood, tommy lee jones, james garner and Donald Sutherland. Kept my interest throughout, a recommended watch.

I just picked 5 of the best movies I've ever seen to post in this thread in the hope that someone might click one out of curiosity and enjoy it. It was late, I was about to sleep and I couldn't be bothered to write anything in-depth. The comments were just me being offhand and flippant, nothing personal.
