Khans should stay at 140. He could rematch Peterson and in my opinion win easy, rematch Prescott , win easy. Then see if Rios or JMM has any interest in a bout. If he moves up to 147 its hard to see him getting a fight with either Manny or Floyd and even if he did he can't beat either
