I think Chris will be Chris no matter who is training him, but no one else knows him like Henry and I think that Henry is a great trainer and I even think he is better then Sheilds.

BoxingScene.com has been advised that heavyweight contender Chris Arreola (29-2, 25KOs) will be co-trained by Ronnie Shields. Arreola and current trainer Henry Ramirez left California for Houston, Texas on Sunday to join Shields. Arreola is coming off an August twelve round unanimous decision win over Manuel Quezada. He faces Joey Abbell (27-4, 26KOs) on January 28 at the Pechanga Resort & Casino in Temecula, California.
