Innocent man in philippines shot for "looking" like a drug addict

This **** bugs me out man. I've probably done more drugs than 99% of the entire human population and I've never once "looked" like a drug addict.

I ****ing despise those in power's ignorance and stigma with mind altering substances. Right under women, some drugs are the greatest things in life.

i have a childhood friend that killed himself coz he's an addict. i was told "vigilantes" go addict's/dealer's house and tell them they are on "watchlist" and should surrender to the police or will be killed.. that's why thousands are surrendering from different cities..

philippines is different from US.. drug addicts here are considered victims.. drug addicts are responsible for most henious crimes in philippines.. thats why there is a stigma against them.. and addicts there use meth not cocaine.. only rich people use cocaine in the philippines and they are not the addicts getting murdered.. only meth addicts and dealers..

That's an interdasting point. I've been an alcoholic and drug addict for years but I've also never looked like the stereotypical addict. I'm actually in decent shape with a little muscle and a strong tan game.
