        That's presidency, now he handed his First Secretary position of the Communist Party of Cuba to his brother Raul. Castro has had this position since 1965.

        As first Secretary of the CPC he has COMPLETE control of the island and it's policies.

            I might not agree with his system ,but the man has guts. Nobody understands the US better than him, didn't he survive multiple assassinations by the CIA?.
