Who are the Boston Bruins? Are they any good?

They are playing the Belfast Giants next month, just saw it advertised on tv. Always meant to go to a game but never got round to it, its meant to be good craic at giants games. but British league Im guessing is ****e compared to hockey stateside, so if i go to this game will i see a good team?
