Different circumstances than the Manny tests....Wlad never made a million excuses,and the issue was never made a big deal.If he had come up with the same excuses that Pac's team had used,I would be suspicious of him as well.

i always wanted VITALI to take the test because of what we all know. regardless of how or when vitali did them.
& I'm gonna be honest...I can't say 100% that vitali is a CLEAN.
