They were tweets from a while back where he said he will be in Team Pacquiaos camp or was invited by team Pacquiao. Google search sucks now I tried searching but I can't find anything, I used to be able to find any quote easy just stringing words together. Now the same websites pop up with old articles.

he generally doesn't make his involvement with fighters explicit, but i've heard that heredia is actually working with rios already. he cannot work with both. there's probably even a rule against that, even if it could be done (which it can't logistically. heredia can't be two places at once.)
