Bible question for the experts

The thing with the bolded is that people will always say that the Bible is down to interpretation.

Especially Christians it seems...

Can someone explain this passage for me?

Ezekiel 23:20

There she lusted after her lovers, whose genitals were like those of donkeys and whose emission was like that of horses.

Just biblical bukakee...there was a quite a bit of that going on back then.
