  • Cotto had Surgery yesterday Will be ready to fight in november

probably not a good translation but google is better than nothing

Miguel Cotto, who in his lawsuit last June 5 won the 154-pound belt of the WBA, had surgery last week on his right shoulder to remove a espuelón but is ready to be measured on November 13 for the second time the Filipino Manny Pacquiao rematch is managing his promoter Bob Arum of Top Rank, to the refusal to accept Floyd Mayweather Jr. fight with the 'Pacman'.

According to reports the operation was an arthroscopic and allegedly was done by the same surgeon who treated a few years ago when he injured his shoulder in a car accident while returning from training in El Morro.

Cotto, with a track record of 35-2, 28 Chloroform, is the first choice of Arum, who said he spoke with the group of Puerto Rican (Monday) and today (yesterday) you would with Margarito, hoping to have an agreement beginning at the end of the week on the opponent of Pacquiao.

Even, it was learned that the people of Cotto, he gave the nod to Arum to begin talks as soon as possible.

By the way, the fight was held in Abu Dhabi in the UAE, or Mexico, places where the 'income tax' is more lenient than in the U.S. and in the case of Margarito would be wrapped up the vacant 154-pound boxingscene.com according to CMB.

However, everything tends to indicate that Cotto will be chosen because it could create a number 24 / 7 around revenge and confrontation of two great coaches such as Freddie Roach and Emanuel Steward.

Also would stake his junior middleweight crown and the expectation that their personal series draw with Pacquiao which could create a trilogy that would end in 2011.

Manny Pacquiao should fight Cotto so that Floyd will have no choice but to fight Martinez or Williams. Anyone else would be a garbage fight for PBF, since he will never fight Margarito.

Hope he gets better even if I don't wanna see Pac whip up on him again at a catch weight. That's the same shoulder Cotto messed up in that car accident isn't it? Falling asleep at the wheel of a car aint cool. Stay away from those Venezualen hookers and blow Miguel.
