Cop *****ied out, did you see how the criminal was ready to box the cop and the cop backed/ran-away up. All that police training and he was afraid of the criminal who was unarmed and wanted to box him. I guess they don't train the police hand-2-hand combat like the army does? Otherwise, why was the cop running scared of the criminal?

Cops are not supposed to fist fight and scuffle with suspects. For a guy like that they are supposed to use spray and tasers to stop him.
