It is a weight class, it's between 142lbs and 147lbs of the welter weight class. Furthermore, how can anyone complain about Manny being #1 if Floyd haven't fought him, shouldn't you beat the #1 guy to become #1. But no way SSM should be that high. Floyd showed that SSM was overated on the basis of a good performance over Margarito.
Pac should be no1 and i Floyd no2. They are just ahead of the competition right now.
