I remember busting my a$$ in the field working as a carpenter. I was happy to do it though because I knew that I was being compensated fairly for my efforts.

I gotta go with STJ on this one...TS is probably like a shift manager at Target and thinks he's a baller because he has people working under him and makes like $12.50 an hour

If I was I would apply Fredrick Taylor's Principles of Scientific Management ....to clamp down on lazy and unproductive workers. You don't need to be Mitt Romney to embrace Free Market Capitalism and it's functions.
