The "R" and "U" is to target a younger crown, more urban crowd the text messaging generation.

It also goes along with their campaign to have the whole world vote on this fight on hbo.com. It also makes the fight look like a toss up.

Genius IMO.

Its not hard to figure out why they named it that.
