He most definitely did. They can't seem to stop the big bad Mayweather, even in 'retirement.'

As for your other comment lets see this huge list of boxers who also volunteered to follow USADA testing and their rules!!!

Read the below definition from USADA. Floyd did NOT meet the criteria but since Floyd is special and they are the ones who are paying USADA, they used the TUE loophole in which very few athletes have gotten. Why? Again, because Floyd is special!!! read below.

      USADA (Travis Tygart) said:
"What's important to remember is the WADA list is the list of prohibited substances. So, those are what most people consider the drugs, the performance enhancing drugs, but it's also the prohibited substance and methods. And there are certain methods, like an IV infusion that you just mentioned, or gene doping or autologous or ****logous blood transfusion, where you take someone else's blood in advance of a bout and it gives you oxygen carrying capacity and recovery capacity and all sorts of benefits. It would be, by the way, game changing benefits.

So, the IVs are allowed under certain circumstances under the WADA prohibited list. You know, if you're in the hospital, clinic, having surgery."

"The purpose ...... I don't know how closely you've followed our investigation into cycling, but you saw it used a lot in cycling. Because, putting a bag of saline over 50 ml, for example is the rule, would potentially mask ........."

      .
It's actually you who still can't grasp the definition. You have constantly used it conveniently to suggest that it was through giving blood and urine that Mayweather and Ellerbe claimed he was dehydrated. But this is completely false, and you got called out on it.

There have been fighters that have used NSAC, USADA, and VADA. Regardless, it does not change the fact that most professional boxers today rehydrate via IV after the weigh-in. It is common and standard practice. And most rehydrate with waaaaaay more quan****** than what Floyd used to treat dehydration.

Next, Mayweather received a Retroactive TUE that is within WADA rules, including the quantity. But you probably still haven't read that is.

It takes time to put everything together. You are not a journalist nor a lawyer. Usada have their own answers so it's easy for them. Thomas Hauser is not an employee of USADA.
        Try harder.

There's a limit and a TUE. The main reason for using 750ml is to hide the presence of other well known substances.

        18 days.

USADA replied back with a 25-page PDF a week after the Hauser story came out. Meanwhile, two weeks have passed and still nothing from Hauser. Maybe it's because his story got debunked with numerous facts.

There is no limit on a Retroactive TUE. Retroactive TUEs are more for emergency and last minute circumstances. You are reaching saying that a 750 ml solution of saline and multivitamins was there to mask the presence of other substances (aka PEDS).

Next, you say 18 days. But you still don't seem to know what a Retroactive TUE is. Please go learn what it is and you'll see why 18 days is meaningless.

I know, I know, Pacquiao lost and it's still hard to deal with.

Its a cat and mouse game.

You think that its all solved now? We are going to catch all cheaters with current testing? No. They currently are doing it (cheating) and the percentage of cheaters caught is still the same average as before.

Oh wait, lance armstrong was supposedly tested all year round and even though he and his fans said the same thing, lance was able to use the same tricks floyd borrowed to beat the tests!

"it was all hard work" - lance armstrong

Cat and mouse, meaning you are waiting and hoping, like some people who are waiting for Jesus to make a return to planet Earth.

But...... But ........ PACman........ But........ Lloyd/Ployd/Floyd could not have beaten PACman so easily. Oh c'mon, Pac followed Ployd and only got pot shot & out boxed the whole fight. PAC won, slo mo proves nothing, PAC the greatest ever.

                  PAC vs Postol

                  My money, on PAC!

What exactly was this last minute emergency that would justify the use of IVs containing 15 times the amount of saline normally used to treat dehydration?
