          I was thinking Manuel Medina who lost to Tapia but had a nice record of 67-16 and 5 championship reigns, was way more underappreciated then Tapia.

          Tapia had swag, and people paid attention to him. He had a lot of fans.

          Medina first had a belt in 1991 and last in 2003.

          Of course he fought too long, so people only remember when he got his ass kicked, but all the same, a good fighter.

                i think chop chop is underappreciated too...with a better coach on his side,i think he would've done alot better....
