May/Cotto or Tito/Hopkins: Who has the bigger challenge?

u must not have an appreciation for joppy if u make it seem like that wasnt a good achievement for a guy moving up from 147.

Tito also had 3 fights at 154 prior to Joppy, including a KO over an undefeated Fernando Vargas. So I don't know why some people keep saying tito moved up from 147 to 160.
