    Finally, fights back on fridays. I read espn got an increased budget this year so hopefully that means better quality fights. Here is the lineup as of now for January:

    January 7
    At Las Vegas (ESPN2): "Friday Night Fights" season premier, Ruslan Provodnikov vs. Mauricio Herrera, 12 rounds, junior welterweights; Demetrius Andrade vs. Sammy Gonzalez, 8 rounds, junior middleweights

    January 14
    At Key West, Fla. (ESPN2): Peter Manfredo Jr. vs. Daniel Edouard, 10 rounds, middleweights; Edwin Rodriguez vs. Aaron Pryor Jr., 10 rounds, super middleweights; Marcus Willis vs. Manny Woods, 4 or 6 rounds, middleweights; Anton Slaughter vs. TBA, 4 rounds, junior lightweights; Derrick Wilson vs. Guadalupe DeLeon, 8 rounds, featherweights; Dannie Van Staden vs. Henry Mitchell, 6 rounds, junior welterweights; Antwone Smith vs. TBA, 8 rounds, welterweights; Breidis Prescott vs. TBA, 8 rounds, junior welterweights

    January 28

            They did pretty good with a less than shoestring budget so more money should allow them to do quite a bit more.

            Getting on ESPN is big for any fighter in terms of exposure, if they get more bread from going on ESPN it will make it an even better option (since not everyone seems to get taking short green to eventually make the long green).
