Agreed but this fight got 24/7 coverage before it has been signed. Secret negotiations only make me think both sides went this route; smart in my opinion if im not giving them to much credit.

This would not be a big deal if Floyd didn't insist to have the test. With his skills and talent, he has nothing to worry about but by demanding this USADA/ GBP/ Mayweather Commission testing, he makes himself looks scared of Pac. He should have asked the stringent testing through the NSAC, even if the testing would be done by the USADA, just to have a respect with the NSAC.
