  • Improving Punching Endurance

    Here's some training workouts I use to help me keep punching late on in rounds:

    WORKOUT A

    Heavy Bag 1x3min (just general working all shots like a fight)

    Heavy Bag Punch-outs 30secs/30secs rest (punch out for 10secs, crouch down like you was working the body and pounch-out 10secs, then stand-up and punch out for 10secs like you was hitting a tall guy)
    Repeat this 4-6 times.

    Heavy Bag Smash 1-min/30secs rest (smash the bag with power shots only- hooks and uppercuts. Don't stop, keep good form for the entire minutes)
    Peat this 2-3 times.

    Heavy Bag 1x3min (just general working all shots like a fight)

    WORKOUT B

    Shadow Box 2x3min (just general working all shots like a fight)

    Shadow Box 3x3min with 2.5kg weight in each hand (again general)

    Shadow Box Punch-outs 2.5kg (punch fowards x30secs, punch down x30secs, punch-up x30- rest 30secs). Repeat 2-4 times.

    Shadow Box 1x3min (just general working all shots like a fight)

    I HOPE THIS HELPS! BEATS JUST HITTING A BAG WHICH CAN GET BORING!!
