are protein shakes safe for 13 yrs old?

Yeah I don't see why not.
You wouldn't want to be taking any weight gaining powders though if you are a competitve boxer which you are (saw your vid)
But an ordinary protein shake after training a few times a week is fine, and if you replace say dinner after training with a protein shake it can assist in dropping or maintaining weight.

Why not? It's not like it's anything you don't already eat. It's just Protein derived from Milk and Cheese.
I don't see why a weight gainer would be bad either. It's basically just a Whey Protein Shake that contains more carbs, and calories. So it could be used as a meal replacement or to keep your weight on given how many calories you burn training anyway.
