Tbh, if we're talking skills alone, he's probably got nothin on the other NFL qbs.

What he has though is a great work ethic and a ton of heart.

I would never underestimate a player with such qualities as Tim's.

Tony Mandarich?

WAS, the worst. but Jamarcus Russell easily beat him out.

Russell was 1st overall while Mandarich was 2nd. and the huge contract that Russell got and the fact that he was literally the worst QB in the league last year, he beats out Mandarich pretty easily as the worst ever.
