  • punching bags

I need to bay 3 punching bags. of 200 pounds, another 150 or 125 and one of uppers of which are round. I need someone to recommend me which to buy, other than exes expensive, and are of good quality. At first I thought the RINGSIDE 200 pounds, a TITLE 150 pounds, and a hook PRO I saw several veses in gyms as a wildcard, and Martinez. If anyone knows of any site other than the ringside and title that will let me know and I'm from Argentina but I have a cousin who comes to me

Im pretty sure you can buy the David Haye punching bag, there will be a demonstration this Saturday 5pm EST on HBO.

Wlad will demonstrate what punches this punching bag can take, lets hope that it doesnt break too easily as we wanna get out moneys worth.

i like the water filled heavy bags myself, my sister had them at her boxing gym in illinois, and they were awesome, i've never owned one, but the ones she had were big, heavy, and didn't have any negative impact on my hands or wrists.

they're fun to hit, and don't get get bottom heavy like the sand ones do.......

here is one, i can't find any like the ones i've used before but this one looks a tad better with the outside skin and all........

            good luck, peace
