He doesn't have the power to carry to 147, he should stay at 140 for as long as he can comfortably make it. I think him staying at 140 is Hunter's influence, and its the right move.

Title should read "Amir Khan has no desire to get knocked out at 147".

Khan moving to 147 is like him putting in his retirement notice.

Absolutely. Money makes fighters more brave. It is easier to take a loss against a top 3 PFP than Khan. And Bradley did lose as seen by his lack of ability to secure a fight. Bradley's 15 minutes of fame were up the minute he left the ring after Pac beat him.

Hahahahaha. Bradley came out and said it was too risky for $1.3m - how is that waiting for a better fight? He had the chance to unify the division he'd been trading in for years. He didn't do it = straight up duck. As quaky as they come.

He specifically said: "What if I lose?"
You can lose to Pacman and come back, because you're expected to.
He took the safety route. If Khan had done the same you would have said he was ready to play Daffy in the next looney tunes.

He could fight at 147 but just be very careful with who he fights. He can fight Malignaggi, Carson Jones, Jessie Vargas to start off. Then Timothy Bradley for a big fight. I don't think any of those guys can seriously hurt Khan. Carson Jones is the most powerful guy there but his limitations offset his power.
