Seriously though....at the end of the day, Lewis/Hatton/Naz/Khan/Froch all came over to America in their primes. Calzaghe waited until he has retirement plan set. That pretty much tells you everything you need to know about how much risk he was willing to take. You can argue about negotiations falling through or whatever....but he should have come over to America.
But you know what? He didn't want greatness, true greatness. He's probably content with his career, the money he has made and the acclaim of the British boxing fans/media. Fair dos. But if he wasn't willing to seek out greatness, let's not proclaim his greatness.
