Russel's solid in most areas it seems and has good fundementals but other than his speed he doesn't seem exceptional in any area to me.

Time will tell. I'm looking forward to him stepping up in class.

He say's he wants better fights from now on after this fight.

I think he has good power when he needs it to add to that but he does need to step up to prove that. His punches just seem to have so much velocity and pop to them

His offense is a lot less effective against somebody who doesn't open up, as is the case with most fighters. He's more reactive than proactive.
