I have to say he is on the cusp, there is no one really left for him to fight. He is for sure a hall of famer
If Chisora beats Haye (huge 'if') Wladimir should take that fight. Povetkin is also undefeated even if his latest bouts haven't been stellar. A Valuev fight sells too.

In a weak era there's no excuse not to take these fights.

Show me another top 10er who has been KOD 3 fckin times and has a resume as bland as Wladimirs?
Lennox Lewis comes close KOD 2 TIMES... RETIREE on another. Wlad never went to sleep... Lewis went to sleep once..... so I'd say Lewis is right on the cusp of that equation Joe C.

Lots of people were stopped twice:Joe Louis, Vitali, Pacquiao, Holyfield.

But 3 times is a different threshold altogether. You wont find many ATGs with 3 kos on their record. And the ones that do were past prime or had a hell of a resume to back it up.

Who has Wlad fought to warrant being stopped 3 times? Its ridiculous to even put him in the top 20.

Roy Jones Jr.. 5 or 6 times his jaw was shattered & half those times he was unconscious (still managed to knock you down)

First off Wlad was REALLY only waxed once.. HE won about 14 of the 15 rds or so he FOUGHT vs Brewster & Puritty & was stopped on exhaustion due to overly getting excited on his beatdowns of said opponents & forgot to put the brakes on... so technically Lenny has been ktfo twice by just two punches... Wlad in those two fights probably didn't take that many punches when the bouts were stopped.... so therein lies your answer. Everyone knows 4 of the 5 Klitschko stoppages were due to Klitschko's bodies failing them... right.

The other guy made a good point here below.

Vitali beat a few of them for him and Vitali had to avenge his losses palming fighters off onto your brother because their style suits him better doesn't make a great.
Both Vlad and Vit have done this, Vlad with Sanders and Vit with Byrd.

No one gives a damn about how many rounds you won at Heavyweight. To give you an idea of how irrelevant round-winning is, Lennox WON 4 out of the 5 completed rounds in his losses to Mccall and Rahman.

Majority of the time its the man who causes the most damage who wins the fight. Scorecards are for figure skaters and ping-pong tournaments.

lol I think you're mistaken about Rocky's best win. But anyway...

Nobody worth a damn? Dude has beaten everyone put in front of him, all number one contenders and former champions. I know it pisses you off that he is the man in Heavyweight boxing, and has been for the past 6 years but damn. Chill out. Dont be so damn full of hate. All he does is win.

Congratulations. You have pictures of a dude with a cut eye that he received from one punch, and a cut like that is going to bleed. You act like he was getting his ass kicked the whole fight, he was ahead on all scorecards. People love showing that pic, as if it depicts the whole fight, which it doesnt. And if you put it on there 5 or 6 times like you did, it adds to the effect. Good job.
