I've been saying for the longest that Pacquiao would NEVER agree. Why would a juicer willingly submit himself to tests that will catch him? Pac is past the point of HGH but he's clearly using something else as well--maxcel, perhaps? Some other form of EPO maybe. The day he takes the test is the day he's looking for a blow in round five.

Pac has made it clear that he doesn't want to undergo additional testing, whether Mayweather really wants the fight or not. Forget about Mayweather and let Pac's action speak for itself. He wanted a cutoff for blood testing. He wanted notification of when the testers would arrive. Why would he want that? The Pac fans will go back to the following lame excuses to duck the question:

-The Mayweather's are criminals. Yeah, they've done some shady stuff. And?
-Taking blood weakens him.
-Pac is scared of needles
-Mayweather uses that Xylocain ****, or whatever it is (all the reason to have better testing so Mayweather can't cheat, if he is)
-Pacquiao does not have a history of cheating. This one is my favourite. If they didn't test at all, then no one would ever have a history of cheating. Does that make the sport clean? No. It just means a lot of people are cheating and getting away with it. You never have a history until you get caught. Pac has never been tested under a program like WADA's, and he seems to be avoiding it.
