Yeah, he's the only one that would say that.

Although recently he has said Messi is better than Neymar but always finds something to put down about either Messi, Argentina, or Barca. Like yesterday said Barca is a better team than Santos today but Barca is nowhere near as successful as Santos in terms of history.
