      Yep, had a double workout day on friday, very sore from it lol. Im pulling another double today, just done sat-workout gonna do another later this evening. Ive gone down a notch on the belt this week lol

        It was a killer yea, The only one im 100% sure im NEVER missing is plyometricts. Screw doing that on a double day lmao.

              Day 8 - 2nd monday - I couldnt do todays workout so I did tuesdays workout on monday instead and will attempt monday today, I have a really sore rib from an accident at work so pushups/pullups are agony. Any ideas lol?

              Should I just push the workout and do others on the days until it heals?

                    Lol fell asleep infront of the tele yesterday so bloody tired, Just done Day 7 routine today. Im guessing it doesnt matter which days you do which exercise so long as you cover them all every week, so im going with how my body feels on a day to day basis to help give little injurys a rest if needed.

                    Edit - I weighed in at 282, this morning. Will i see slow weight loss progress doing this as it adds muscle which obv weighs more than fat.

                      I am actually doing a hybrid... I started p90x2 a month ago... realized I wasnt wild about it.

                      Some of the workouts are GREAT... some of them are overly done on the balance thing... leaning over on one foot doing bicep curls... its actually injury problematic.

                      So I am essentially doing p90x2, but on some of the workouts I am substituing p90x1 workouts...
