Lindsay Lohan is not too happy with rapper Pitbull these days.
The actress is suing the Cuban star for using her name in his latest club hit “Give me Everything.”
Entertainment gossip site TMZ is reporting that because Pitbull says “I got it locked up like Lindsay Lohan” in the song, Lohan claims in her lawsuit that the lyrics are “defamatory statements” and “are destined to do irreparable harm.”
R&B singers Ne-Yo and Afrojack who wrote the songs are also defendants in the lawsuit.
Lohan’s lawyer, Stephanie Ovadia, is looking to stop the songs from being broadcasted by any of the defendants.
