kinda off topic, but since somebody mentioned it earlier...its crazy how it seemed certain that marquez was gonna end up as the outsider and least decorated/respected among the light mexicans at the time. Then marquez outlasted all of them and reinvented himself as the new best mexican(not mexican-american) fighter of this generation..just a shame morales and marquez never fought in their primes.

Definitely agree. JMM was always the underdog who got the least credit but when those 3 and pac are long retired I think future generations will hold JMM in the highest regard.
