"Has Hip Hop / Gangster rap partially destroyed black communities?"
*Short reply*
Partially Yes!!!!!
It is\has destroyed the youth, who in adopting that G-Rap mentality, disrespect anything and everything within view. Their value system, or lack thereof has also, been distorted to the point where, they see a future where it doesn't exist.

I think Hip Hop started as a whole being great, it was a way of expressing oneself freely and bringing together communities. Then something went wrong along the way.

When you see who's really behind putting all the music on the radio
It kinda puts things into perspective. There's just as much positive music and there is negative. But it's pretty clear what we get most of on the radio and tv.
