The answer is to train hard. And basically train at one thing, which is strength training. Mix up maximal and explosive strength training.
Which would mean no more putting on fruity mitten-shoes and running in the forest.

You dont just need strength
You need a ridiculous amount of core strength to do what these guys are doing
Even technique playing a large part in it...
They almost look like they have done gymnastics
