i have a latino/asian prison build.

when latinos and asians get locked up, they get heavy, arms and chest get thick but not really swoll.

the whites and blacks get swoll. bodybuilder style.

i can't get cut like that. just not in my genes.

i did get thick in there though. i went in like 155-160, got out like 200-205.
