According to Javier Capetillo, the trainer of International Boxing Federation (IBF) lightweight champion Miguel Angel "Puppet" Vazquez (29-3, 13 KOs), the mandatory defense against Panamanian Ameth Diaz (30-10, 21 KOs) is likely going to happen on November 26th. Vazquez will train for 6 weeks in Los Angeles for this fight. Venue and location have not been disclosed.

I don't think Katsidis could even outbox Vazquez. Vazquez is one of the most under appreciated technicians in the sport today. Too bad it's just another crap payday and mismatch on paper since the division is just waiting from him to lose which wont happen against guys like Diaz.
