arreola has fought 8 times since then & may not have beat any top contenders but he beat recognizable names for the most part & stayed active. he's in much better shape & has an 8 fight win streak going. wach just has too many questions unanswered about him. arreola may not have beaten a top contender yet but he has beaten many C+ fighters. wach has beaten 2 in gavern & tye fields. arreola is probably more prepared now for either klitschko then he was before. he knows what losing feels like & has that experience to fall back on. wach has never tasted defeat but he has never even been in a tough fight yet. i'm not convinced his size will do anything for him other then make him an easy target. wach is 27-0 but 24 fights vs nobody. deontay wilder has fought almost as good of competition & his signature win is over owen beck & kertson manswell. is he ready? no so how is wach?

    • nobody is ready then bcs no one is fighting anyone from top anymore(Adamek Chambers as close as we get). Arreola got beaten by Klitchko already lets give another man a chance. Chris was injured anyway as far as i know, he turned down Adamek rematch according to Duva. Pulev resume isnt that great either (Dimitrienko cleary had some mental problems and gave up, he felt down after a left jab...) Klit brother have beaten pretty much everybody already. Povetkin needs to grow a pair and get back to Teddy Atlas, he looked so bad against Huck. Can one really be ready to face Wlad at this moment anyway?

      • It's in Cyrillic; what's it say? Solis retaining King as a promoter?

Other sources say it will be in late November or early December.
Can't wait for the media circus. The title of the fight will likely be something referring to the size of the two. Battle of the giants, or something comparable.

Bad, why just not make Adamek vs Solis?

This is the most interesting piece of Heavyweight news as of late, imo. Cammarelle isn't young, but at 32 he probably has a bit left in the tank. He's been the subject of many "what if?" discussions, and I'm really interested to see how he transitions to professional.

If he fares well initially, there's no reason he shouldn't be in contention for a title shot by age 35 if they move him along quickly. Lord knows the man knows how to fight.
