I've always had bad sleeping habbits. My usual sleeping hours are from 2am to 7am, about 5 hours. This has been my schedule for yeeeeaaarrss.
I took sleeping pills for awhile, became dependent on them, hated them.
I had the whole week off during Thanksgiving break. I would sleep from 7AM to 12-1PM, which is pretty understandable. I had to take Nyquil the week I came back to work so that I could return to my regular cycle but... I'm all jacked up now.
Sunday I crashed at around 11:30 PM and woke up at 3:45 AM
Monday I crashed at around 12:30 AM and woke up at 4:30 AM
Tuesday I crashed at around 11:00 PM and woke up at 3:00 AM
and today, I crashed around 7:30 PM and woke up at 11:45 PM, and now I know I'm going to be all up all friggen night, probably finishing the last season of THE SHIELD.
