I use twins gloves my self 12 oz for the bag, and i think there a well made gloves and decent padding,there not just a muay thai gloves they also make boxing gloves, twins make abdominal protectors aswell for boxing, twins make alot of equipment for muay thai but thats dosnt mean that all there stuff is for muay thai .... but general i think there a well crafted gloves i have the twins head gear aswell great paddin and protections i think thre great for sparring and training,u cant go on what other people think u have to be u and go with what u think r good for u
