White spots on my back....

Some call them sun spots, but i believe it is a fungus from sweating all the damn time. I tried washing with selsun blue and nothing, can you guys offer a remedy for this annoying spots!! Thanks

I had them for some time and you need to see a dermatologist if the selson blue does not work. Try a scrub brush with selson blue and let it sit for a couple minutes and see if that helps.
