But after Vitali retires it will be worse, because Arreola will probably get his belt and defend it against weak opposition for as long as possible. After a while he'll lose to Mitchell/Wilder/Jennings/whoever and then they'll sit on the belt until Wlad looks past-prime, at which point a unification fight may happen.
And that's an optimistic take on things.
